Lieff Cabraser has obtained over $400 million in verdicts, judgments and settlements for our clients in individual personal injury and wrongful death lawsuits. Since 1995, and working with co-counsel, we have achieved verdicts, judgments and settlements in excess of $10 billion in product liability class action lawsuits.

Our most recent trial was a wrongful death action brought by the family of a young father killed due to a defect in his Dodge Dakota pickup truck. Lieff Cabraser served as lead trial counsel in the action and obtained a $54.4 million verdict for the family.

Currently, we are prosecuting scores of lawsuits involving injuries and deaths resulting from all types of negligent conduct and design defects, including cases arising out of air disasters and vehicle rollover accidents. We are also representing patients who received defective medical devices, contaminated blood products, and prescription drugs with undisclosed, dangerous side effects.
