On May 4, 2007, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit issued an opinion upholding Judge Grady’s decision to grant defendants’ motion to dismiss the claims of the United Kingdom plaintiffs on the grounds of forum non conveniens (FNC).
